Personalised NDIS support for young people building confidence, independence & connection.
Who we support
We work primarily with young people aged 15-35 with psychosocial disability and neurodivergence, supporting them through life transitions across Geelong and surrounding areas.
Why we exist
We saw a gap in NDIS supports for young people who felt stuck, isolated or overwhelmed by adulthood.
What makes us different
We combine mentoring, music, movement and community connection to help people build confidence and independence at their own pace.

"I have been working with Co-Healing for almost 9 months now and they have really supported me to the best of my abilities and I'm really happy with their service." - Martin

Hey there, I'm Andy!
Working in this space has shown me that meaningful connection is everything. Strong relationships are the foundation of great support, and that’s what I focus on every day.
I have a passion for music which has played a huge role in my life. It’s taught me the power of connection, confidence and community values I bring into the work I do.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad who enjoys all sports, training at the gym, cooking up a good feed, getting outdoors and having a laugh.

Hi, I'm Bridget!
Iv'e been working in the support industry for over five years and absolutely love what I do. Over the years, I've supported people across a range of needs, with a strong focus on mental health and support coordination. I take pride in being empathetic, understanding and create a safe supportive space with each person I work with.
Outside of work, I am a mum to a beautiful one year old daughter. We love spending time outdoors exploring and reading books together. My interests are staying active, reading and trying new arts and crafts whenever I get a chance.

Testimonials
Annie
"I'm an NDIS recipient and previously worked as a care worker supporting NDIS participants.
My experience with Co-Healing has been professional and reliable. The team's knowledge and expertise are exceptional and I've found the services to be highly suitable for my needs.
Andy has encouraged me greatly in guitar playing. His knowledge and talent makes him an invaluable asset in my rehabilitation journey."
Emma
"Andy first took on my son as his support worker 4 years ago. At that time my son was reclusive, very anxious, self conscious and afraid to leave the house. Andy was able to build rapport by finding common interests, such as music and cooking, and instill a confidence in my son that has shocked yet delighted me! Outings and activities started with going out for coffee or to the supermarket but now my son is catching public transport independently, attending crowded concerts and taking boxing lessons. Andy has given my son a new lease on life, enabled him to accomplish things I never thought possible and boosted his self confidence. I'm now very excited about his future and could never thank Andy enough for everything he has done for our family."
Rachel
The variety of activities Co-Healing provides is amazing, from bmx riding, skateboarding and basketball to movies, lunch in social settings, guitar lessons or even a simple game of uno. I highly recommend Co-Healing Support Services. Their communication to myself and my family to support my son is fantastic. Our whole family has noticed the positive impact Co-Healing has had on my son.
