About the event
Tenpin bowling is a classic social game that is easy to pick up and fun for everyone. Players take turns rolling a ball down the lane to knock over as many pins as they can, and every strike, spare or gutter ball gets a cheer from the group. It works as a team night or a friendly personal challenge, so everyone can join in at their own pace.
Movement and regular physical activity can support mental well-being, mood, energy and overall health. Through a fun and engaging activity, participants will have opportunities to develop hand-eye coordination, balance and motor skills, practise communication and teamwork, follow instructions, make choices and build confidence in a group setting.
No previous bowling experience is needed. This session is suitable for all abilities.
All sessions are facilitated by experienced disability support workers.
